my account has been indefinitely restricted for 3 months and has 3500$ on hold.. will i get my money back

When you payments will be released depends on why they are holding the money and we can't tell you when or how that payment will be released.
eBay should have sent you and email explaining all of this in the restriction email.
Do you have that email?
It looks like you sold many multiples of the same item and buyers have claimed they are not authentic. That is usually a problem and hard to resolve. eBay is holding money to refund buyers that may claim that the items are not authentic.
Just as a warning. Finding multiple high end perfumes in a storage locker is not a safe way to obtained inventory. If someone is stashing that much perfume in a storage locker you cannot prove provenance and the items are likely not authentic. eBay may ask you to prove and show where you obtained these products and they are not going to accept "storage locker"

Why were you restricted - suspended?
I find it odd that you have $ 3,500 on hold but in the last 90 days have only sold 3 items totaling about $ 375.
New Sellers can have their funds held for up to 30 days until they sell more on a regular basis. Have you been cancelling transactions on a regular basis?
