account ID a scammer

Someone with the account ID [Removed by Moderator] purchased an item and then sent me a false payment email from [Removed by Moderator] Is there a way to report this account as a scammer?

If the message about the payment was in eBay messages be sure to use the report message option on the upper right of the message.

I am glad that you know that this is a scam attempt.

Cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the item.

Be careful selling high priced items. Fund holds of at least 30 days will apply since the sale is over 1k and you are a low volume seller.

When you do sell it be sure to ship with signature required on delivery and pay for the extra shipping insurance.
