Account has been suspended
Hello,
I have not used or logged into my eBay account for a long time. Recently, I received a message saying that my account has been suspended.
I tried to contact customer support via live chat, but there were no agents available.
Could you please help me understand why my account has been suspended and what I need to do to restore access?

You are located in the UK.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.

·5 months agoIF there’s a way for you to resolve this, ebay would’ve sent you an email explaining what you need to do to resolve the suspension.
If they said it was an “indefinite” suspension, that is eBay speak for permanent, and there is no review or appeal of that suspension.
