Account has -$4 (small credit) that carries over year after year
My eBay account has had a $4 credit in it for years. I recently sold an item that had a $5 final value fee, and I expected it to use up that account credit- but instead that $5 is deducted from the sale price, and I still have a $4 account credit!
What's a good technique for using that $4 account credit, or is there a way to deposit it back to my linked bank account?

eBay previously had instructions for requesting a refund of a credit on account, but I don't find that anymore. Try this page:
Scroll to the bottom and select "contact us" and then type "agent" into the chat that opens in order to converse with Customer Service.
