Account hacked

My friends account has been hacked because there is a listing on her account that is not from her. I reported the listing as fraudulent but she cannot log into her account because it is attached to her Facebook account which was also hacked earlier this week. She just wants to call someone in customer service to help her out. I asked for live support but it says it is unavailable. What should she do?

When prompted, select "cant sign in".

Then at the prompt, select "my account was hacked".

At the next prompt, select "contact an agent".

Fill out the contact info and send the request.

You can also use the same help page to report the hacked account of another. In your case, while logged in, immediately select the "hacked account" option and request "agent". When you receive a callback , explain that you are reporting that a friend's account was hacked and an item was listed. The agent won't be able to discuss that other account with you, but you can point out aspects that make the listing suspicious.
