Account Deactivated for Not sending Orders - Need Advice on Appeal
My eBay account was recently deactivated because I wasn't sending orders. I'm trying to appeal and would appreciate any advice or guidance on the process. Has anyone else experienced this, and what steps did you take to get your account reinstated?

Mentor1 year agoWhat does the email that eBay sent you say? Did they suspend you permanently?
It is hard to get an account back once you have poor performance issues. You have many disappointed buyers and eBay is not for everyone. You can't just ignore orders and not ship.
If eBay gave you a way back, there should be some mention of it in the email that eBay sent you.
