Account broken by eBay and kind of in limbo
About 86 of my listings were inexplicably sent to the “unsold†and canceled category. Something happened to the account on Jan. 5 and Jan. 6. It was not a problem on my end. I’ve made multiple calls, and on Jan. 7, someone named Nada indicated the “listing has been restored.†She said wait 30 minutes and the account issue would be fixed. It still is not fixed. Asked tech support to research it on Jan. 8, and still have not heard anything. This glitch has destroyed what little business I had going, but it had been about $1600 over the 90 days before the account blew up. Is there anything that can be done? The listing offer the “relist†option, but I get an error message saying “that’s embarrassing. The relisting tool is not working. Check back later.†Has anyone else had their account essentially blown up, with no explanation from eBay?
