I want to put in an offer to buy something, but a message pops up saying it can't be done. Before I bought something last time, I sent a message because the seller was the same person. I asked if I could package the two items together and send them. I waited for the answer, but there was no answer, so I just clicked on the payment and my phone battery was turned off at the same time. I thought the payment would have been made, but it was not visible the next day. I often buy things on eBay, but it's unfortunate that I can't offer or bid. Any way to solve this? request

·3 years agoIf you had two orders canceled for nonpayment, nothing you can do until they drop off after a year.
Most sellers will have you blocked.
