account being hacked

i think my account was hacked! someone made purchases without my permission, i dont know what happened but i tried talking with an agent but nothing really worked out. i also contacted the seller but they didnt gave me any reply. also when i try to make a call with an agent, it just won't let me. does anyone know what i should do, i already changed my password and blocked my credit card.
