I have been on Ebay for years and recently tried starting up again. Somehow I got the wrong username & e-mail address on Ebay. I got to speak to an agent who corrected the matter on my desk computer. HOWEVER, when I go into the Ebay app on my phone, the old information comes up. Therefore I cannot sell anything on my phone and that is what I use almost exclusively. Any suggestions?

Apparently you have more than one eBay account, and you are signed in to different accounts on each device.
If you are not signed in to your selling account in the app on your phone, sign out of eBay and sign back in using the username and password of your selling account.
