Mentor2 years ago@lost_n_41 I asked what KIND of account issue you're having so I could make sure you're connected to the right department.
Have you tried up dating your phone number in account settings> https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
You can request a call back using this link on a computer you are able to enter the call back number. This is general customer service and may not be the department you need.

Mentor2 years agoThis is NOT a live chat. We are volunteers and reply when we can. I have already replied at 3;28 when you were replying too.
Do you have another email address? If so then log out of the one account and use that email address for the log in on the other account. If you don't remember the password then you select reset password.
Is it possible that you or someone in your household made the purchase as a guest not logged in to your eBay account?
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.

I think your issue is that as @comics-scifi-collectibles mentioned you probably purchased as a Guest. We see a lot of that here. Guest purchases cannot be merged with any eBay account and they are stand-alone transactions. However, you CAN file claims on Guest purchases, use the link provided to you.
