Accont froze, and no ID

I dont have ID to verify who I am. My wallet was stolen and i needed to make some extra $ to buy a new ID card, so i made a ebay account and sold a few things i didnt need any longer. Made 3, or 4 sale and was waiting for the funds to land into my account. Meanwhile ebay comes along and demands a selfie and a copy of my id, i dont have id right now or the $ to buy a new one. What can i expect from here going forward. And how long is ebay gonna hold my earnings hostage? They can see my bank matches my name, and my old account that i lost the passwaord to ive varified long ago matches, please help.

Mentor1 month agoYou should NOT have to "buy" an i.d. card. You go to the DMV and get an i.d. card.
You cannot sell on Ebay without proving identification.
Ebay can withhold your payouts indefinitely if you do not provide the required information.

·1 month agoThe I.d. issued here in FL by the dmv costs $10. Not sure how long it would take you to save $10; maybe you can borrow from a friend?
