Go to your My ebay page, Hover over My ebay v in the upper right select Messages from the drop down list by clicking on it. (it will be the second from the bottom of the drop down list) once you have clicked on messages, on the page that opens, you will see a box on the left

Highlight Deleted to see the offer message.
