Accidentally won auction, Help!
I accidentally clicked a live THEN accidentally bidded on it. never been on there before, but won something on accident, then I emailed seller to cancel and gave an automated response and declined it. I don’t know how to cancel it now after attempting before it’s in my cart still and wanting me to pay it
basically how do I cancel this order if seller won’t and I didn’t mean to even win it /wanted it?

Mentor2 months agoIf you made a bid on an eBay Live auction and won there is no way to cancel the purchase. This is a rule with eBay Live auctions. You had to provide a payment method prior to bidding and eBay charged your payment source once you won the auction.

It's not humanly possible to accidentally bid on an auction. I think what you mean is that you bid on an auction, won, and have now changed your mind.
When you bid on an auction, you are entering into a legally binding contract. When you win, you are obligated to pay (as you agreed to do when you signed the user agreement by virtue of using the eBay site).
Sellers are not obligated to honor a cancellation request. If you don't pay, your buying privileges may be limited (or ended completely if you continue to fail to pay for the items you commit to buy).
