Accidentally violated a policy, want to revise & relist

Question

I included a link to LEGO's website so buyers could see more info about the used LEGO set I'm selling. I wasn't intending to refer anyone to purchase outside of ebay. My listing was canceled. I'd like to revise my listing by removing the link and relist it but it looks like I have to start all over again. Is that so, or is there a way to get it unlocked so I can remove the link and re-list?

@lrenay1 If you can see your listing on this page you may be able to revise it> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active/contact-info If you can not revise it then you have to start the listing over again.
