Accidentally sold pants with broken zipper

So I sold 2 pairs of jeans and didnâ€™t realize one of them had a broken zipper. The buyer paid $20 total for both pair of jeans. Sheâ€™s willing to take $10 as a partial refund. I already sent a partial refund offer of $6 which was declined. How do I go about offering the $10 she would accept? Thank you

You can issue partial refunds for items in Seller Hub up to 90 days after the original transaction. Here's how:

Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord
From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
Choose a reason for the refund.
Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
