Accidentally shipped the wrong item back to seller
I was returning two items to two different sellers. I sent the wrong item to the first seller and notified her of this and to please get in touch with me once she received it and we would work out how to get that item back to me and get the correct item shipped to her. After her shipment was delivered with my wrong item in the box. She has not responded back to me. I have a feeling that she has kept the item to resell as it was a more expensive item than what I purchased from her. I contacted the other seller to let them know what had happened, and that their item was sent to the wrong seller, and as soon as I got it back, I would then ship it to them. My question is how can I get that first seller to ship back the incorrect item because she’s not responding to me and I have messaged her five or six times.

Did they refund you when they received it?
