Accidentally shipped personal belongings to buyer
as a seller I accidentally shipped personal belongings to the buyer. He bought shoes and I sent a shoe box of old photos and sentimental items. I contacted him to let them know. They were understanding. They were new Lebron shoes and I was wondering if they ship straight to the buyer or if they actually get authenticated by someone and if so how do I handle this? Is it a real possibility that I get my items back? Has anyone else experienced this? This is my first shipping mistake.

It looks like your Lebron shoes had authenticity guarantee. If you look at your order and the address is to Las Vegas, NV or Moonachie, NJ, your box was shipped to Authenticity.
I am pretty certain that if your item fails Authentication, it is returned to you.
(@comics-scifi-collectibles is this right? )
You'll have to refund the buyer, and then you can relist your actual shoes again.

Mentor9 months ago@eastlaneave. Yes, returned to the seller is what normally happens when an item an item fails authentication.
@tonyguilliams13. You might try reaching out to customer service on social media to see if they can contact the authentication hub incase they don't see the value in your photos and dispose of them.
