Accidentally pulled up 2 shipping labels for 1 item.
Can I get a refund for a shipping label that wasn't used.
I somehow managed to create 2 separate shipping labels for the same item.
Can I get a refund for the 1 unpainted unused label I created ?

Mentor2 years agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. You have 5 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
