Accidentally marked two items as paid when buyer hasn't paid
I have a buyer who purchased two items from me, I checked both of the items as paid when the buyer hasn't actually paid for the two items. Is there anyway to change that?
I'm trying to combine shipping for them and since the items are marked as paid, eBay will not send an invoice for the combined shipping.
What can I do to get an invoice to the buyer so they can actually pay for both items with combined shipping.
Thanks for any advice or suggestions.

Mentor2 years agoGo to the drop down menu next to the items and mark them as unpaid. Then click on Send Invoice on one of them and you should see both to select to combine into one shipment.
