Accidentally list an item as new and someone purchased. Can I offer him a lower price before mailing
I mistakenly listed something as new and someone purchased it. Before shipping and/or canceling order, may I message him with a lower offer and I accepted, just refund part of the sale? Thanks for any help you you could offer.
