Accidentally deleted a sale, Please help

Hello! I sold an item on eBay. ( First time) I printed & paid for shipping on eBay. After label printed I noticed my old address was on the label. So I went to USPS and just paid for shipping again. While I was trying enter new shipping infoâ€¦I accidentally deleted the sale. How do I correct this. I had already contact seller with update tracking #

From this page, you should see a "view order details" link that will take you to your orders so you can add tracking.

ADD TRACKING

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.

The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- Click "Edit tracking"

- Click "+ additional tracking number"

- Add the actual tracking number and the carrier.

- Click "Save and Continue"

TIP: You can't edit or delete the first tracking number, and that is ok. Just add the correct number.

VOID first label

Here's how to void a shipping label you purchased on eBay (if you don't void it you will pay twice for the shipping)

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void.

- Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.

- Select Void shipping label.
