Accidentally declined an offer

Question

I just accidentally deleted an offer on a shirt I am selling. This is not an auction item

I cannot figure out how to get a hold of the potential buyer to accept their offer. I see their username, but the system does not allow me to contact them to let them know I accidentally declined Their offer instead of accepting it.

The virtual assistant is no help.
