Accidentally decline refund offer
My mom accidentally declined a partial refund for something being damaged. The seller said to cancel the return them return it again and they would send the partial refund offer again. It won't let us return it again. Can we return it again or did we get scammed? We just can't find help on this. Thank you in advance!

You cannot open a second return.
Your mom can call her credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a damaged/defective item received.
