Accidentally created 2 shipping labels
It's my first time selling on eBay. I accidentally created 2 shipping labels and I'm being charged for both. Both show the same tracking number and neither can be canceled. How do I dispute this?

·1 year agoSomething doesn’t sound correct here. Two labels cannot be created with the same tracking number. Is it possible the tracking is just entered twice?
Here's how to view and if needed cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:
Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

You have 28 days from the date you printed the label to cancel it (unless it was an ESE label, which cannot be cancelled). The refund takes up to 21 days for USPS labels.
