Accidentally created 2 different shipping labels for the same item
Back in May '24. Cancelled one of the labels but never received credit for the unused label. There are no topics to click on to get me to an agent/past the AI police. How do I get to talk to an actual human being on here since there is NO "created unneeded shipping label, paid for it, filed to cancel it to get refunded, never got refunded....from 2 months ago" option? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mentor2 years agoCheck your payouts. You don't receive notification of the credit. You will see what looks like a shipping label in your payouts, but it is a credit instead of a debit. The USPS always pays you back for an unused label if cancelled.
