Accidentally closed the “Item Not Received†case
I didn’t get my items. It showed that they had been arrived at my apartment’s mailroom. But I couldn’t find them. So I open the case, but it closed automatically today. What can I do? I want to ask ebay to deal with it because the seller didn’t respond my ask. Can I email to ebay officers?

-Check the tracking on your Purchase history, if it shows it was delivered then you would lose a claim that you did not receive the item. Nothing you can do there.
-"... email eBay Officers?" Sadly they do not communicate with members on issues like this ... as a matter of fact they run the company and have no involvement in direct customer support on the transaction level.
-If your account address is your apartment's mailroom opposed to your apartment address then you need to change that. If you apartment mailroom is not secure, which it sounds like it might be, then you need to get a P.O. box or make other arrangements to receive your packages. It is not a Seller's issue.
