Accidentally closed my return, can it be reopened or can I start a new one?

Hi, I was in the process of returning an item, but I accidentally selected the wrong payment option. I closed my return thinking I could start a new one but I couldn't. Is there any way to reopened my return or start a new one or contact the seller. I was return because two details of the listing wasn't fully true (Factory Unlocked but OEM was carrier locked and wrong model). If this isn't possible then it's ok.

Once you close a case or request it cannot be reopened. You can only open one case or request per item. You can still ask the seller if they will refund you but eBay can no longer force the seller to do this.
