Accidentally closed my case.

Purchased a ring. After waiting 2 weeks or more the mailman put it another mailbox. I finally received it only to find out it wasn't sized to a 6.5 like asked, and
 
the ring is off center horribly. I accidentally closed my case trying to open another window when my phone locked up. How do I go about getting ebay customer service involved and the seller? Let's just say the seller isn't quite happy or quick to respond.

Mentor3 years agoIf you closed an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED case you can not open another on ebay. You can though open one with the payment processor.
