The short answer is that you cannot open another return claim through eBay.
You are at risk if you ship the item back with your own label relying on the Seller to refund you.
You may be able to file a dispute with your funding source but will have to advise them that you made the mistake on the return claim in eBay. They may reject the dispute just so you know.
