Accidentally clicked wrong carrier when sending buyer tracking number
Summary: manwhosawtomorrow mistakenly selected FedEx as the carrier when providing a tracking number to a buyer, but the package was actually sent via USPS. I accidentally clicked fedex as the carrier when sending buyer the tracking number. It was sent usps. FedEx sent buyer message saying package hasn't arrived. Buyer now withholding funds. However I looked up the tracking number on usps and says pkg delivered their door. I also have message i sent to buyer day i shipped it informing them it was coming in via usps and included tracking number. I then went to the usps pkg tracker keyed in info shows pkg delivered 9/11 1ish afternoon. Cant get a hold of a live rep from ebay or fedex. I am so sick of how ebay treats sellers and I buy as much as i sell on ebay.

The Buyer cannot put your funds on hold. If the Buyer opened an Item Not Received refund request on eBay, it's critical that you enter the USPS tracking number into that request showing a successful delivery. Once you do that, eBay should close that request in your favor in about 10 days. Once closed, eBay will release the funds for that transaction.
