accidentally canceled a return request now it doesn't give me the option to do another return
accidentally canceled a return request, now it doesn't give me the option to do another return. How can I request another return.

You can’t - you can only open one return per item.
You can ask the seller if he can handle the return outside of eBay, but eBay can’t help you with that.
If there’s a problem with the item, you can ask your credit card issuer to open a dispute on it.
