Accidentally bought a local pickup item in a different state

I had bought an item not realizing it was a local pickup item, I later found out it was a local pickup in Kansas, I live in Florida. I had messaged the seller, but they haven't responded, I had clicked on the refund option but it says that the seller doesn't accept refunds, I find that ebay help isn't very helpful, what should I do?

@jrsir_l8htfc You can't return an item you don't have, if you filed a return request then you may not be able to file the not received case now. IF you can't file the not received case 7 days after the date of purchase then you will have to do a chargeback with your bank or credit card.

. You need to file a not received refund request 7 days after the date of purchase.
