Accidentally bought 2 shipping labels for same shipment, AI says won't refund me $31 for the unused label?!?
As stated, the "Customer Service" AI told me they don't refund shipping costs.
Please Help!!!

You can void (cancel) a shipping label you purchased on eBay within 28 days if it is unused.
Go to Shipping Labels in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the order with the label you want to void, then select Cancel Label from the Actions column.
Choose your reason for canceling and select Send request.
Note that labels are considered used and can’t be canceled if the QR code has been scanned at a drop-off point. Also, standard envelope labels can’t be canceled once printed.
If the refund is approved, it may take up to 21 days for the carrier to process and credit your original payment method.
