Accidentally bought 2 of the same shipping labels
I accidentally purchased 2 of the same shipping labels and they were international. Am I able to get a refund for the 2nd unused label?!

On this page you can use the drop-down menu on the left side of the label you will not use and select Cancel. Complete the cancellation process and in 21 days or less your account will be credited for the unused label. You have 28 days to cancel a label that you purchase: Track and manage your shipments
