Accidental Feedback
Is there a way I can fix feedback I left for a buyer? I accidentally forgot to change back to a good feedback after leaving a negative comment for a previous buyer. The next buyer was awesome, but the feedback doesn't represent that. Ebay "Help", took me round and round. Thanks in advance for any advice.

·2 years agoBuyers cannot be given negative feedback. And a positive feedback with negative comments is a policy violation.
