Access to comc consignment
I cannot access the store link to comc consignment, a seller I have previously purchased from. All other store links from other sellers work for me off my purchase history, but not comc consignment. Though I know they are still in business because they still have items, like sports cards, for sale.

OP2 weeks agoYes. This is the store link connected to my purchase history, and I have tried the link elsewhere. What I get instead of the store is a red banner announcing some technical difficulty, then a screen which says: "It is us. Not you." And some announcement that this difficulty will be corrected soon. I have saved the seller, and the link connected to the saved seller does the same. Though on Saturday I was able to order from comc consignment by posting the item desired thus: 1950 Bowman baseball cards comc consignment. And this evening comc consignment has produced a label and USPS tracking number connected to my order of these cards. The issue for me and probably others is accessibility to comc consignment's ebay store. No other seller's page on ebay behaves this way when I click the link. And this difficulty I have noticed has lasted about five days so far.

OP2 weeks agoThe label on my purchase history says "Sold by: comc consignment" But in any case, I have not been able to establish access to that seller's page either by clicking the link to comc consignment or comc. When I click that you have shared with me just now I get It’s not you. It’s us.

A) Log out and back in.
Clear your cache
Use a different browser (example: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)

B) Try on the computer if you are using the App, or vice versa
C) There are some tech issues that may be solved by
1) close eBay
2) Turn off computer
3) turn on computer
4) re-open eBay

OP2 weeks agoI tried everything that you have suggested and nothing has worked. I can access what comc consignment has for sale by clicking their link "comc consignment" or the "comc" icon, but when I click the link for their store I get the same brief red flag on a technical difficulty then the message: It’s not you. It’s us.

As I stated before I can order from them, and indeed they have processed and are shipping to me the order I made on Saturday without me going to their store page. On ebay I tried the same normally and in incognito mode on duck duck go, and Microsoft edge. I tried other sellers, thirty others at least that I have ordered cards, coins, movies, and other items from in the past, and I have absolutely no trouble. The links of those other sellers take me straight to their store pages. Not so with comc consignment. I can order from comc but it is much less convenient to do so on ebay. I just opened a direct account with comc consignment online, regular internet, and can reach their browse section of their store, but still not on ebay. I prefer ebay as comc does not always have everything I am looking for.

Try using an alternative link. Or try opening the link in a private or incognito browser window.
