Access Denied
Trying to accept a counter offer for an item Getting 'Access Denied' which disallows me from paying. This is my first buying experience in a few years, but I've been active in this for years. Temporarily disabling VPN did not help.

Perhaps someone else purchased & paid before you could accept the counteroffer.
