Accepting returns

Question

I accidently set a listing for no returns, but i'm willing to accept returns. Is there any way to change that?

If your listing is active, you'll need to revise it to change the return policy

You can't revise the listing if

- It's an auction, and there are less than 12 hours left, or

- It's an auction and there's a bid, (although you can add up to a total of 24 photos and/or a supplemental description comment, and lower the Reserve price until the last 12 hours), or

- There's an outstanding Best Offer (including Counteroffer or Offer to Watchers) on the listing.

I see 2 listings both that have bids. Both say no returns, however, if the item is not as described, per eBay policy, a buyer can return it regardless of your policy.

So if you have bidders asking, yes they can return it if something is wrong.

If they simply 'don't like it' they can ask you to accept the return, and you can choose to accept.
