Accepting Returns
I have an issue with Ebay changing the settings in my sales (BTW... all my sales are 'Buy It Now' sales). Specifically, in my settings, I have checked that I accept returns within 30 days, return shipping paid by the buyer, for refund. Yet all of my sales state seller does not accept returns. **bleep**??? Is there some other setting that I need to check?
Also, it seems that shipping pricing is no longer found in the sale, but when you get to the cart. Is that perhaps to protect these pirates that charge $19.95 for domestic Ground Advantage?
Well, anyways... Thanks for listening to my Monday morning rant. If someone can help me with my first issue, I would be grateful.

OP8 months agoOK, when you said that you can see my items accept returns, yet I could not, got me to thinking why is that. And I found the answer.
Lately I have been using an internet browser that resists popups and is more secure than others, so I reverted back to Bing and looked at these items again. Indeed, all of my items show that I accept returns. I'm sorry, I should have tried the other browser first, but just didn't think about it.
Thanks for not calling me blind right out of the gate. LOL

1) Most of your listings show you accept returns.
Accepting returns or not, is a listing based setting. So you need to revise the listings that say no returns.
(PS if you use 'Business Policies, you just need to switch all your listings to the correct Return policy)
2) All of your listings I see a shipping price, or free shipping. None show blank for me.
If you give me the eBay Item Number for the listing you are showing above, I can test it.
