Accepting offers, but buyer is not automatically charged.
When I make an offer for something I agree with ebay that this is binding offer and I will be charged if the seller accepts the offer. Recently a buyer made an offer and I accepted. The buyer was not automatically charged and it was processed as if I made an offer to them. The "offer" expired. Today the same thing happened. A buyer made an offer. I accepted. When I check the details it says the buyer has four days to accept my offer. What's going on here? All I am doing is accepting buyer offers, but ebay is processing it as my offer and the buyer still has an option to go back on THEIR offer. What is going on here? This is very confusing for me and potential buyers. Is there a setting I am missing that allows buyer to still have a option to pay after THEY have made an offer to ME.

Go to the buyer management page:
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
Scroll down to the very bottom and CHECK "Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid." AND CHECK "Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer"
