Accepting offers and getting paid
Is there a place in our settings, that we can require immediate payment AFTER
buyers have made offers that we have accepted? It seems that this is becoming an issue due to scamming buyers. It is wrong that we now have to wait 4 days to cancel the order.

You can select require payment info at time of offer, but it is not retroactive. See payment requirements here -
