Accepting Counteroffer
I Have ran in Circles with Inept Chat "Assistant" 🙄 I asked to speak to a Human and was given Programmed Responses.to go back into the Inept Loop. Does EBay Employee HUMANS Anymore ???

eBay has humans. Can you tell me the problem you are having with accepting a counteroffer?

OP5 months agoI am trying to accept a Counter Offer but EBay is Not Allowing "Go to Checkout". I tried Another Offer with NO ISSUES.
I Contacted Inept Chat "Assistance"🙄

ALREADY CONTACTED SELLER
THERE ARE 4 DAYS LEFT
I HAVENT ACCEPTED AN OFFER IN MONTHS
I Asked to Speak to Human
Repsonse: "What can I do For You"
Allow Me to Speak to Human.
I was then put in Loop of ONLY to AI through the SAME EXACT CYCLE

Mentor5 months agoCheck to see if the item is still for sale. When offers are made the first user to make the purchase gets the item. So the seller may have sent out multiple offers or counter offers and someone else may have already purchased the item.

If the item is still for sale and you know the seller hasn't withdrawn the offer, try using a different browser or using the app instead of the website (or vice versa)
The magic word to reach human is "agent" repeated several times.

Start at an article close to your question (you can look from here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home)
Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question
1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You” (or "Chat with an Agent")
-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
