Mentor1 year agoWas this an official offer or just a message from a user asking for a special price? If this was part of the official Make Offer option or you sent an offer to the user then eBay automatically changes the price on acceptance of the offer. If you just made a special price over the message system you would have to revise the listing to lower the price before the user makes the purchase.
