accepting a returned on an item that was sent by mistake and need to ship the correct item.
need to get back the item I sent (need to send a shipping label to my buyer so they can return the item I sent by mistake) and send them the correct item. How do I do this without giving the buyer any of the original sale back as a refund?

Mentor3 years agoIf your return policy included replacements, not just refunds, have buyer open a Return Request and make sure he selects for REPLACEMENT. Ebay will send a return label and you will later add the tracking for the replacement item.
