Accepted seller offer and charged full price
I countered a seller offer, they accepted and when I went to pay I noticed I was charged full price. How do I get the difference back. Original was 70.00 and offer accepted was 30.00. No options to chat with ebay automated support help. Buyer said they see the accepted offer in there sales but show it paid at full price and they already shipped.
