accepted offers not going throug
Yesterday, I accepted 2 offers from different buyer on different items and then the offers disappeared. I've never seen this is 26 years of sales...

In an effort to cut down on unpaid items, eBay announced quite some time ago that when a Seller accepts a Buyer's offer, the item remains active for anyone to purchase until your Buyer pays. They normally have 48 hours to do so.
In the meantime, if you go to your Account Settings>Buyer Management, there is a tiny box to check if you want your Buyers to have a payment method on file before they can place an offer.

OP1 year agoThanks!! I've never had this issue. I just got a new phone and the timing of this made me think I had phone issues.
