Accepted offers not being paid and losing a sale
Can someone tell me if there’s a way to ensure a customer that has made me an offer that I have accepted as a seller has been notified that their payment has not gone through or if they have been notified that I accepted the offer at all for that matter? I have lost multiple sales over this recently, and I don’t understand What to do. It’s costing me sales and at the same time penalizing the customer for not paying when I think there’s got to be a solution. I don’t think they’re being notified because nothing else adds up or makes sense. Does anyone have any light that they can shed on this?

One option for you is to turn the Auto-pay ON for both Auctions and the Best offer process. This Seller feature means that Buyers will have to provide a payment method BEFORE they bid on auctions OR either Send an offer or Accept an offer. This means you will get paid upon offer acceptance. You can toggle BOTH of those Auto-pay settings to ON. You can do that on this page towards the bottom in the section titled "Buyer rules": Buyer management | eBay

There is no way to know what method your buyers are accessing your items for sale, whether it be thru the site or thru the ebay app.
That being said, the only way to ensure you will be paid when you accept any offers for your listed items is to set them to "Require payment immediately" on the Listing, that way when the buyer makes any offer they are presented with a note that their payment will be charged immediately once the seller accepta the offer.
