Accepted offer, seller cancels it?

I accepted an offer on Ebay but when I asked something about the item, the seller cancels my offer with a note that I requested a cancellation???

The time to ask questions "about the item" is before you commit to buy it (bid, make offer, Buy It Now). Whatever you asked led the seller to think you wanted out of the transaction.
