It is not nice, but it happens.
After 4 days, cancel the transaction as buyer has not paid so that the buyer gets an unpaid item on their account.
You can block buyers with multiple unpaid items. You can also require payment info at time of offer. Both are here - https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
